Why I could see the documents in my cell phone but not in my laptop?

I could see on my laptop has one document for waiting for action but open the folder there is none there?

@Wei McCallum Could be a browser refresh issue, I would first suggest logout, clear cache and History and then close all browsers and retry the login to DocuSign to see if that resolves.

I also always check the Filters set on the folder to make sure it is not set differently.

The issued was resolved by technical help team, i could see my version was updated both cellphone version and laptop version. Thanks all.
