I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you are looking at how to find the signing certificate for the customer.
To download and view the Certificate of Completion PDF, click the Download icon and select Certificate of Completion in your envelopes details.
If you download your documents using the Combine all PDFs into one file option and you do not get the Certificate of Completion in the resulting PDF, this is likely due to an account setting. For a detailed solution, see the Download or Print Documents and refer to the "Troubleshooting" section.
