Is it possible to see the last login date/time for users in an organisation?

Yes, the last login date and time is captured and can be exported via Docusign Admin.

Docusign Admin → Bulk Actions → Users → Export Users → Domain Users

Hi Michael

When I follow your directions (Docusign Admin → Bulk Actions → Users → Export Users … [I don’t get the opportunity to choose Domain]) the resulting export does not have a column for the last login date/time. Only the Created date/time. Has this export changed in the last 7 months?

If you are unable to choose domain, this could mean that you

  1. did not claim a domain yet, which is why the setting is hidden
  2. do not have a Docusign plan that includes this functionality
