@fsutanya Could you provide some extra details on the steps you are performing? Are you going to Template > Create Template? I am worried you may be going to Template >Upload Template which is the method of transferring a Template from one account to another an uses either a ZIP or a JSON file which is not the same as how a New Template is created using something like a PDF or DOCX file.
