I am creating a template that is go to go to multiple signers (employees). The document should not go to each recipient in order, but each signer has their own document. They also need to fill in two fields on the document, but those fields should not be seen by the other recipients (they are unique to each employee). I would like to send in one envelope to avoid using up allocated "sends"

This would be difficult to do as remember everyone would have access to the documents once completed. It would be best to have what is called Document Visibility that would allow you to have multiple documents in the one envelope with multiple signers but they only see what you allow them to see.

If you dont have that feature then to protect privacy you would need to send each one an individual envelope.
