Hi guys,

I have two questions:

FIRST QUESTION: If a document gets signed in DocuSign in first row and is then send out through Docusign once again for signatures to a different group of people – what happens with the package of information related to the first set of signatures and first signature certificate? I mean, can I still access somehow this information, or it gets irreversibly overwritten?

SECOND QUESTION: is it possible to send out one envelope but with two different Email messages? I mean one for internal signatures and a different one for external signatures to have at the end one signed envelope with one signature certificate covering all signatures?

Thank you for your support!

Katarzyna

hello @Katarzyna

for the second ask: You can that while creating the envelop and add to recipient individually.
and check the option “Custom Email for each recipient”.

You can refer the ss.

Thanks!
