I have just set up a personal docu-sign account and unlike my previous account when compiling a document for signing there is no Line function ie I am unable to draw a line through a word or words within the document.

I could do this under my previous account but cannot find the function within my new account

To clarify, are you referring to the Strikethrough for Real Estate, to the option to Allow Signers to Negotiate Changes with Document Markup, or to the line field located in the Pre fill Document Fields?

 

What is the account plan that you acquired for your personal account?
