Tall and wide doc

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the information displayed as needed. I understand that when there are vertical and horizontal pages in the same file, the edges of the files after the second page are cut off or not displayed.

Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of this situation?

Are you rotating the pages during the envelope creation or before uploading the document?

Is this happening with all of the documents or a specific one?

Are you the only user on your account affected by this?
