Been going back and forth for a week with support to try and get a simple answer to a question.  They won’t call, I can’t call them..they continue to send links that do not work.  I am beyond frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription with them.  Nothing should be this difficult to get help with a problem or a question resolved.
