Hello,

i’m an new docusign administrator and I need help about the stamps.

My ex- coworker was the administrator and put all the stamps that the users need on a “library” and the permissions is to “everyone” (as seen on the screenshot) But one of my users don’t see the stamps when 

she try to apply one.

Do you know if your coworker has multiple Docusign accounts? There is a chance that they are not logged in to the correct account.

Users with multiple Docusign accounts on the same site can easily switch between them using the same email and password combination. Inactive or closed accounts will not appear in the account drop-down. For accounts on different sites, users can choose which one to log in to. Additionally, users can set a default account, switch between accounts on different sites, and add a delegate for signing on their behalf. Switch Accounts and Set a Default Account

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic.
