Is there anyone else in the this community that is using DocuSign for the Housing Contracts sent to the members of a sorority? I send out multiple contracts multiple times of year depending on Primary Recruitment and COB. All members are required to sign the contract whether living in the house or out. The contracts do not change very much from year to year or within a year. I make up a template for each academic year and use a bulk send. What I haven’t figured out is how to say my fields on the templates. I seem to have to add those fields every time I send a contract out.
Suggestions for improving the fields: Date Field other than Date Signed, Telephone Number field, Number field with no commas that you could use for years.
