Hi,

Is there anyone else in the this community that is using DocuSign for the Housing Contracts sent to the members of a sorority?  I send out multiple contracts multiple times of year depending on Primary Recruitment and COB.  All members are required to sign the contract whether living in the house or out.  The contracts do not change very much from year to year or within a year.  I make up a template for each academic year and use a bulk send.  What I haven’t figured out is how to say my fields on the templates.  I seem to have to add those fields every time I send a contract out.  

Suggestions for improving the fields:  Date Field other than Date Signed, Telephone Number field, Number field with no commas that you could use for years.

I’m sorry to hear that the fields are not saving, I understand you are trying to use templates for your documents, is that correct?

 

To better assist you, I was wondering if you could be so kind as to provide me the exact steps you are taking to create the template and the steps on how you are using it afterwards? That would give me a better idea of your issue.
