We’re currently set up so that our MFA defaults to SMS for the first signor.  However, if we’re adding additional signors, that signor defaults to Phone Call.  Is there a way to change that for the second, or subsequent, signor(s) so that it defaults to SMS?   Thanks.

Yes, but you will need to create a case with DocuSign customer support.   They can make that change for you.
