Thanks for your advice, I tried that and worked.
Regarding this file or case, just wondering what's difference between before and after the flatten? I found the font was still the same.
The file was automatically generated from SAP, should be only one layer I think.
Please kindly advise.

I'm glad to hear that it worked. There were possibly dynamics that are not supported by DocuSign embedded in the documents and by flattening it out, it just removes those dynamics, however, I couldn't tell exactly which ones would be messing with the font of your documents.
