Shared Envelope

Question

I was sent a envelope to sign with my wife from France, I was able to sign, she coudn’t get verified so wasn’t able to sign , I need to send my signed copies back to the sender in France but are enable because the folder is not complete and  is about to expire . How do I procced . Thank you
