I have 284 separate documents that need to be emailed to different people. Each person gets 1 of the documents as an attachment. The cover letter to each person is the same. I normally use Microsoft Outlook to send each individual email and have to write the cover letter 284 times. Does DocuSign have a functionality for this that would make the process more efficient?
You can use the bulk send feature in DocuSign to send customized letters to multiple recipients. While the cover letter remains the same for all recipients, you can use standard fields to personalize each letter based on the recipient's information. After creating a template, you can download a sample CSV file, which you can then populate with the necessary information for each of the 284 recipients.
