Securing HR documents

Question

I have been asked that we create a process for HR to send out bulk Policy Guides for the company where they can accept or decline the policy. The Toggle seems each but is there a way to bulk send to all users as a BCC format?

Second question is who would have access to the answers? Would it be the sender only or would admins aka IT have access also?

John - if you use the Bulk Send feature, each recipient will receive the envelope from the sender and will not be able to see the other recipients that were part of the batch. As for visibility, admins (as well as senders) will have the ability to view the envelope data. If that is a concern, we would recommend opening a separate sub-account with only members from the HR as Admins and send the envelopes from there.
