This may be the same question others have posted; however I have not found a good solution from reading the Community Forums, watching videos, and generally working with Templates and envelopes. I’d appreciate any help or direction. We have a Confidentiality Agreement that has to go to 135 employees. The document is 4 pages long, requires an initial at the bottom of pages 1 thru 3, and a signature, date, and title on the last page. In the Template, it asks for individual recipients, which I can do with bulk import, however the form then REQUIRES me to manually drag and drop all these fields to EACH of the 135 recipients. This is ridiculous, so obviously I am missing a step.

 

How Can I send the SAME document (template) to 135 recipients without having to recreate the fillable forms 135 times?

If you already create a template, you will need to follow the steps to do a Bulk Send, Docusign’s enhanced bulk send feature allows senders to easily send a standardized document to many recipients at one time. This can be particularly convenient for transactions where a formal acknowledgment may be required (for example, new company policies), when mass notifications take place, or a myriad of other use cases where the same document needs to be sent out to a large group.
