Hello, what are my option to highlight that the envelope is a Rush? In the subject line or is there a function that I can click on that will show a Rush document for approval/signature? Thanks

@KMancini You can customize a Recipient’s individual email notification subject.  When creating the envelope, add Recipients, scroll to the bottom and the is a section called “Add Message” with an option for “Custom email and language for each recipient”. Check that box and set a custom email message for the appropriate Recipient to highlight the importance. Here is an article that shows the process as well:
