Is there a way to revert our account to the prior version? Yesterday our account automatically "upgraded" to the "Simplified Sending" platform which is missing critical functionality we have used for years. "Simplified Sending" does not have the ability to use a combination of templates AND uploaded PDF's in the same envelope. I use this multiple times per day, so this change has already prompted me to review other vendors...

No option or steps you can take to go back to the previous interface outside of requesting that from DocuSign Support or your Account Manager. I have seen other posts that are similar, some successful with getting reverted and some not successful so I could not tell you the criteria they have for making this change. I can say that I do not use the Simplified Sending interface and if I lost functionality as you defined I would be raising a case as well to get reverted back.
