We require both an Access Code and SMS Text Authentication methods. The Recipient Authentication report shows columns for both Access Code tries/fails, and “Phone” tries/fails, but both Phone columns are showing all 0’s. The Access Code columns do display volumes correctly---has anyone else has this issue. Trying to use the report to validate that users are using BOTH methods, but with all the 0’s showing, it appears to be a problem with the report itself as I checked a few envelopes and they did show that SMS Text Authentication was used.

The behavior you describe is related to an ongoing product issue, currently being tracked through ticket ID AR-3430.
The good news is that our engineering team has already been working on this product issue and a fix is soon to be rolled out.
