reassigning an approver

Question

I have sent a document to 4 people to approve.  The 4th person is no longer available.  How do I add someone new to sign in his place?

Hi! I am assuming you are using an eSignature envelope to send a document to 4 people to sign/approve. If you are using CLM, please correct me accordingly.

If you are using eSignature, you can use the Correct action to reassign the 4th approver to a different name and email. Here’s an article on using Correct!
