We use Docusign eSignature API

One of our customers needs to set up a QES, and some of the signatories have last names with diacritical marks (e.g., a slashed "o" or umlauts).

Could this potentially cause any issues with identity verification?

the support suggest create a sub-account for SBS, their some setting of account will be changed after enable SBS.
