Purchase contract filled out prior to signatures and when clients sign the information isn't there

Hello, I have issues with when writing a purchase agreement for real estate in docusign. All the information is enered on the form and when I have my clients sign/date, etc it comes back to me and when I go to view after they signed all the information that I inputed; addresses, monetary amounts, etc all disappear. What am I doing incorrectly? Thanks Dan

I’m sorry for the late reply and to hear that you are unable to see the information when you go in to view the document.

 

Are you part of the signing order (not as a Sender but as a recipient)? Does the information appear once the envelope is completed?
