Powerforms Acess code doesn't work can i remove it from asking for a access code?

Hello,I’m having trouble about my PowerForms when i send it to someone they always need a access code,I know they recieve the code from email but this doesnt work sometimes because of that can i remove the bypass the access code phase? thanks in advance

@Asli TarcanI think you are talking about the “email validation”, which can be configured in the “Options” tab of the PowerForm. If you uncheck “Require email validation” there will be no code send to the person and they can complete the PowerForm after providing their name and email address in the same session without validation.This Docusign Support articlewill have additional information.

Thank you so much,Is it possible to add a person to recieve a copy but don’t have to sign or maybe sender can recieve the copy ,can you explain to me please
