One of the security questions to access my documents to sign asked me to identify the color of a former car. Problem: none of the choices had the right color of the car. I wasn’t allowed not to answer so I picked one at random and failed the test and couldn’t access my documents. Extremely annoying. What to do now?

The sender of the envelope would have received a notification that the KB authentication failed for one of signers. You should receive another envelope notification as soon as they resend it. You can always reply to the email to inform the sender that you failed authentication.
