Hi, I recently merged with another company, got a new email and after a year shut down the old address. When I login to Docusign to retrieve old documents the verification code is being sent to the old email which is now inoperative. Is there a way of accessing my account  and changing the email address?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

If the email was deactivated you would need to reach out to the owner of the domain to temporarily activate it so that you can access the account and to change the email address. otherwise, you will have no access to the account. If you contact support they would most likely submit an account change request that would require you access to the old email address or to have the owner of the domain sign of the change.
