Hi All,

I don't see an option, how can we restore earlier documents if i lost the visibility from sent box.

The filter is set to “Last 6 months” by default, but you can change it to search for envelopes that are older than 6 months and not visible in the default view.

What do you do if the filter won’t change even when you click the “All Time” button?  Thanks!

I hope you are doing well.

 

Have you tried the below troubleshooting:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
