Good afternoon, I am having an issue with not getting emails on expired links.  I click on the option to send a new link and it says it sent it but I am not getting anything. Any idea what the issue would be?

@Ronnie Tinsley - There could be a delay, or your notification emails are getting stuck on your Spam folder.


I checked my spam folder, and waited for around 30 mins.


@Ronnie Tinsley - That is a long time to wait.   Have you tried requesting a new link again?


Yes, I requested about 5 times.
