Not able to send sender permisions

I’m getting the following error message when trying to send a document:

To send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill feilds with sender permissions.

I don’t know how to fix this…

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

If the envelope has pre-fill text fields then they need to be filled out before you press SEND.

See this example:

There are two pre-fill text fields, they need to be filled out so you can press the SEND button.

If you try to send with those fields in blank, this is the error message:

Great question! Pre-fill fields are fields in gray color.

You need to pre-fill those fields before sending.
