need help sending doc for signing.

I’m getting this message.. the doc wont go out for signing.

Please help and thank you.

to send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill fields with sender permission

It looks like you need to complete a pre-fill field on the template to create the envelope, which is required but left empty. The person who create the template made the field required to not be sent out without a value.
