I signed a document in October of 2023 and need a copy of it 

@Ciders1 If you still have a DocuSign Account that the envelope was sent to, then you can login go to Manage > Inbox, go to Filters in the upper right and set the Date to “All”.  The typical default for the “Date” range is the last 6 months so by setting to “All” you can now either scroll or try the Search option to locate the older envelope.  If you do not have a DocuSign Account, you would likely need to reach out to the Sender of that envelope to see if they can forward you a copy of the envelope or the documents.
