I am sending out a form that needs multiple people’s information - name and email. I do not have Powerforms the “specify the recipient” option. Is the only way to get around this is to have a text box field instead of name and email? I do not know who the other recipients are. Thank you.
Hello
Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
I’m sorry to hear that you do not have the option to “Specify Recipients”, I understand you need to add them as recipients to the document but don’t know their information, is that correct?
If so, the admin on the account (depending on the plan type) can enable this option by going to Settings > Sending Settings > Recipient roles: Recipient Roles
Once that is done, you should be able to see the option once you log out and log back in: Docusign Plan
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
