why cant i see the docs my team is sending out?

I am sorry to hear that you lack access to your team’s envelopes, but I will share the steps to correct this issue.
In order to provide you with access to other user’s envelopes, an account administrator will need to add you to the concerned user’s Shared Access list in Settings>Users>Manage Shared Access.
