I have two accounts (seats) to choose from when I log into DocuSign.  One is a personal DocuSign account and the other is my business account that is tied to my single signon account with the University.  Since both appear, many times the users choose my personal account instead of the corporate account to send for my signature.  I would like to cancel the personal one so it does not appear as a choice.  How do I do that?  I am willing to cancel the personal account if that is what is needed but I don’t see an option to do so.  Need Help!

Since your case involves two accounts and private information, I’d suggest you to contact our Support to create a case with DocuSign Support, please see  for How do I open a case in the DocuSign Support Center

Thank you for replying to my questions.  I entered 2 cases but DocuSign would not let me log into the Support page so I am unsure if the cases were assigned.  Furthermore, if I call the support line, it wants the case number but I can’t access and there is no case number in my account that I can see.  Frustrated to the hilt!
