Moving templates from live environment to sandbox environment

Hello,

I’m trying to move my templates from the live environment to the sandbox environment, and I’m getting the following message:

The signature provider name specified is not valid. Invalid signature provider name: universalsignaturepen_imageonly.

Any clue how to solve this issue?

Hello, @FadiWelcome to the Docusign Community!In the exported template (a .JSON file), edit with Notepad, search for this valueuniversalsignaturepen_imageonly between Curly brackets.Probably you’ll find more than once.Delete the information, only let the curly brackets.Save your template.Try again to import.I hope that helps.Alexandre
