Moving templates from live environment to sandbox environment

Hello,

I’m trying to move my templates from the live environment to the sandbox environment, and I’m getting the following message:

The signature provider name specified is not valid. Invalid signature provider name: universalsignaturepen_imageonly.

Any clue how to solve this issue?

Thanks

Hello, @Fadi

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

In the exported template (a .JSON file), edit with Notepad, search for this value universalsignaturepen_imageonly between Curly brackets.
Probably you’ll find more than once.
Delete the information, only let the curly brackets.

Save your template.

Try again to import.

I hope that helps.

Hello Alexandre,

Seems it is working, yet the mentioned value was between Double Quotes and not between Curly Brackets.

Thank you and regards
