I have just been using the trial to sign documents and assumed they would be online. Do they get deleted?  I am missing documents that have been completed. Is there a way to retrieve them?

@Nancy If the trial account got closed then the envelopes associated to that Trial account would get deleted.  If the trail account is still active and you are unable to find the envelopes in Sent or Inbox I would check the “Filters” to make sure the Date is set at an appropriate time to include all envelopes you are looking for, the default is the “Last 6 months”. If the account is open and the filters are set correctly then I would suggest a DocuSign Support case to help track down the whereabout of the envelopes.
