Hello,

I was trying to put a text box comment into my document that stated why my training was late in being signed. However, after I sign off on the document, the text box just disappears and cannot be found. I have to add that another signatory had to sign after me. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the field information shown in the envelope as needed, I understand that after an envelope is complete the information of a text field is not showing.

 

To clarify, did you set the field as optional or required?

 

Would it be possible for you to provide the envelope ID of the envelope that is presenting this issue?

 

Is this the only envelope presenting the error?

Sorry for the late reply. The Envelope ID was: 4c8989bb-f3b0-410b-8331-080dbc1cec92

I’m not sure what happened, but now the text box is there? I created another document request a few days ago and the text box at the end is showing now as well. I think it was a glitch on my end; I think this ticket can be closed. Apologies for the confusion, I really appreciate your help in this issue.
