I have logged into Docusign this morning and all of my folders for Tasks Required & Waiting for Others are empty.

I have at least 2 documents to sign, which were in Tasks Required,  which are now only accessible through the e-mail link.

I had circa 11 documents which were waiting for others to complete their signoff process.

Is it possible to retrieve these items so that I can at least track the signoff of the documents I have submitted into the system?

To clarify, do you have multiple accounts with Docusign? Do you have access to the envelope ID? If you have multiple accounts do you have the option to switch accounts? Switch Accounts and Set a Default Account
