Login Policy

I am trying to make change to my companies login policy. I remember changing it but I think DocuSign moved. Right now I have it on Identity Provider but I need it to be changed to Identity Provider or Username/Password. Can any tell me where this option is at now. I check domains but its not there.

That link you sent me is for one user. I need to setup a a default login policy for the whole system. We have two domains and I set one of them up already years ago but I need to change the second one. Where I use to go, its not there anymore in the system . Probably because of a system update.
