Where do the KBV questions come from?  We have a customer that doesn’t have an email address but would like to use spouse’s email.  Do the questions come from the name on the envelope or the email address used?

KBV (Knowledge-Based Verification) questions are generated based on the signer’s personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, and other public record data), not from the email address used to send the invitation.
