we are facing many issues with docusign today such as application error and people cant sign a document, recipient sequence, any idea what is happening?

I’ve had something similar.  Earlier this week, a lot of completed documents were resent.  And yesterday / today I have set up quite a few documents where they are sent to one person to be delegated (using “specify recipient”) and they’re all sitting under  “action required” for me to view them.  If I view them it’s not clearing them.  I can’t be sure if the recipients are receiving them in order to delegate for signature.

 

If I send something direct (ie, not using specify recipient, just straight to signing) it’s working fine.

 

I have raised this with our IT team at our office - but I’m sure it’s a wider issue.
