We have some shared mailboxes that are senders but folks want to see the status of the PowerForms they are filling out without having to check in with said owner all the time.

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
Administrators or Delegated Administrators will be able to view all PowerForms in the account along with their responses.
However, there is no way to share access to a PowerForm with a non-admin user besides changing the Powerform's ownership.

Hi,
I came across your question, because I was facing the same issue in our company. I found the following feed, that raised a very similar question and it also helped me: Feed Detail (docusign.com)
With that workaround you can at least ensure that the initiator of the PowerForm can see the ongoing status.
