Is there a way to restore a users deleted envelopes?

Question

We had an employee recently leave the company. As an Admin, I attempted to share their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their profile to share (even after going back 5 years).

Could the user have deleted all of their envelopes, and that is why they aren’t showing up?
If so, is there a way to restore the deleted envelopes so we can share them?

if the envelopes still in deleted folder, it can be recover. else can't recover.
