We had an employee recently leave the company.  As an Admin, I attempted to share their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their profile to share (even after going back 5 years). 

 

  1. Could the user have deleted all of their envelopes, and that is why they aren’t showing up? 
  2. If so, is there a way to restore the deleted envelopes so we can share them? 

 

I messed up the security answers and my envelope was “sent back.” How do I get it back again??


if the envelopes still in deleted folder, it can be recover. else can't recover.
