+1We had an employee recently leave the company. As an Admin, I attempted to share their envelopes with other users, but there were none showing up in their profile to share (even after going back 5 years).

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
If the envelope was deleted and placed in your Deleted bin. The envelope remains in your Deleted bin for up to 24 hours before it is removed. If you need to access the envelope, you can use the Envelope Report to get a link to the details view. See Using Reports for more information. Delete an Envelope
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
