Is there a place where we can make suggested updates?

I’ve been building forms for many years and was wondering if there was a place where we can make suggested “upgrades” when building templates.

Example: 1. Make a text box have a white background (so it will cover anything behind it.

Make a validation for US phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX
Several more as well.
