All recipients pending to complete their assigned action will receive a notification email if you resend the envelope, unless, you have set a signing order for your envelope or assigned a custom email message to the recipient in question.
The action of resending an envelope will email all active recipients within the ongoing signing order level, any other recipients in previous or later positions will not be notified.
