If I am using this in Canqada, will my data be stored in Canada?

Are you sending documents for signature or signing documents sent to you by others?
Each DocuSign account is associated with a specific data center location. All documents sent from the account remain on servers in that data center. DocuSign does have a Canadian data center. So it depends on the Sender's account location.
When you get an email from the DocuSign service, the email address indicates which environment. The email address would be something like dse_na1@docusign.net, dse_na2@docusign.net, dse_ca@docusign.net. The latter is the Canadian data center.
