Thank you for reaching back and clarifying.
That is something that is available 24/7, it can be done at any time or day as long as the envelope is active and it is their turn. Once they validate their signature once a wallet is created and for future signatures they would just need to login to the wallet instead of going through the whole process: Verification of Government Issued IDs for European Qualified Signatures

Hello,
The qualified signature requires that the signatory has a visual interview with a person that will control its identity.
My question is, can this interview take place 24/7 or if there are days and hours during which this interview can take place.
Also, once this interview has validly taken place, it will not be necessary to occur again for new qualified signatures?
