I got completed signature email for Christine Pan, but actually documnet didn't sign by Christine Pan, not sure what problem is it?

Unfortunately, I cannot read the characters, but from the screenshot I can tell you that Christina Pan has not yet finished her action and the document is pending with her. The green checkmark next to her name is missing if you compare it to the previous recipients. Also there is the divider line above her row, which typically indicates that there is an action pending with the recipients that follow. This is not a completed envelope.
