i am trying to do a name change

Question

I am trying to do a name change through Docusign. But it is supposed to have two signatures one of my old name and one of my new. But it keeps putting my old name in both spaces. I have tried everything to get the signature with my new name but I can’t seem to get it. Help please.

@Mskittie23- Have you tried adjusting your signatures under your profile if you have a DocuSign account? It might also be a security setting for the sender that is not allowing you to change it. Can you contact the sender of the envelope?
