How to remove a ‘seat’ or user? I ran out of envelopes, went to add more and it added a ‘seat’ or user as well. How do I remove the seat/user and go back to just one? I’m not seeing any options for that, just upgrading or downgrading my account.

To remove a user, all you have to do is go to Settings > Users > Select the drop-down next to the user's name > Close: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=uwb1583277426266.html&_LANG=enus
